Worst medical aid .
I am a member of this scheme.it is the worst medical aid. I dont know how they can still exists. There slogan is " U are covert from every angle" They need to change that. It is the biggest bull dust storey. The problem is that nobody at the company take ownership and resolve a members problem. You need to call every time and explain it to the next call sentre agent who will also not do anything. Hopeless .My advice is to change your medical aid asap. They dont care about you as a member at all. Regards Hannes
