WORST MEDICAL AID

My mother was admitted to hospital via ambulance in January of 2018.

We have just received an account form ER24 that no payment has been made on the account ? I EMAILED THEM ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS and nothing SO I TRIED PHONING On contacting Resomed i had the phone put down on me , transferred to all departments in the hope that i would eventually put which i duly did. I then sent the Chairman a message cause on the Website he asks for any feedback .....that was a week ago and of course I had high expectations but they were dashed due to "this no care attitude " even from the Chairman ...why does a medical still exist if this is the service we as customers receive!!!!! In all of that my elderly mother who is the main member has now got to find the money to settle the account cause ER24 wants to hand her over ...disgusting !!!!!

Morning , Well after much back and forth i can confidently report THAT NOTHING HAS TRANSPIRED !!!!!!! No payment as promised has been forthcoming . As you can see the date of my first review was done in March and I and my mother have now resigned the monies due to will NEVER be paid . We accept this but what we don't accept is the fact the courtesy some sort of response , apology was never forthcoming ! Again I re-iterate my stance they are and always will be the WORST MEDICAL AID!!!!!!!!!
