Worst customer service EVER!
<p>Clearly Resolution Health would rather spend R1 000 000 on heart surgery than pay a measly R300 a month for cholesterol medication. RH refuses to register my cholesterol medication as chronic medication. I have spoken no numerous frontline customer care officers and it was like running around in circles, nobody having a clue what they are talking about. Threats to go to the medical aid ombudsman runs like water from a duck's back. I haven't taken my medication in three months because I can't afford the high co-payment for Vusor, which is the ONLY medication that brought my cholestetol down to a healthy 5.4. If RH tells me that they can't register my meds as chronic because a psychiatrist prescribed it, is bull****! I went to a GP for tests and a letter to register the meds as chronic and still RH comes back with PMB!! Fedup with dealing with *********** customer care staff!!!!!</p>
