Why have a medical aid if they dont pay
My wife went in for a small operation. We did get pre authorization. The bill came in total to R4700-00.Resolution only pays like R1400 of the bill and I must pay for the theatre and recovery hall.I mean is the purpose of having a medical aid not to cover those costs?I send emails to client service but no reply.
