VERY VERY Bad service from Health Squared medical sceme

I have been with healthquared medication scheme for years and it was Spectramed before,since the change the name I am getting very very bad service.I know it's a hospital plan and all my invoices from hospital they are rejected had to be handed over to ITC last month and even now I need to pay more than R7000 to Lancet. When I call them I don't get answers last month I had to pay R3000 as pathology handed me in.There is no single debit they don't get.If you call you speak to different people every day and each tells you different stories.I am sick and tired of them maybe it's time for me to search new medical aid.
