UTTERLY WORTHLESS JOKE OF A MEDICAL SCHEME!!!!
You only repsond to my claim submission when I complain after 10 days. Then you proecess the claim for 46% of the total amount. STILL WAITING FOR MY PAYOUT!!! IT WAS PROMISED ON FRIDAY!
Then you failt To respond to my request for the shortfall to come from my savings!
Now, you take ANOTHER ****ING PREMIUM OFF MY ACCOUNT AFTER I HAVE RECEIVED CONFIRMATION THAT I HAVE CANCELLED WITH YOU USELESS ****ING ASSHOLES!!!!
