utter dissapointment
What a terrible company!!!!!! Can't believe a medical aid such as this is allowed to exist. All my medical bill's come back even to the point where the medical aid told a provider -my dentist - that I am not a member to avoid paying them!!!<br> I have been scheduled for a procedure on Monday. I was given a authorisation number and told what my excess is and when I phoned to confirm the number as the hospital advised me they denied giving me authorisation after 3 20 min called and a promise to return my call as they are in a meeting regarding this procedure I am still waiting....<br> There is no service and their call centres should be closed down as they are unable to work as professionals when u ask to speak to a manager they refuse to transfer you and they refuse to assist. <br> Now I don't know if my procedure will take place and it is essential as I continue to bleed. Plus I am left with medical bill's that they do not cover! How does this work I am on full medical and even pay a higher rate as to what I would have paid at a top medical such as discovery or medical I pay 500 more at resolution and they treat me as a joke. <br> <br> The medical board should remove them as service providers.
