UTTER DISGRACE OF KNEE REPLACEMENT
<p>This medical aid is a joke, you keep on sending emails but they never respond. i am paying R4200.00 per month, but they refuse to fix my husband's knee, he is struggling to walk, can't even climb stairs, the medical aid refuse to pay for the replacement, i have begged, pleaded but nothing. if something happens to him and he ends up in hospital will they then assist. i have also emailed the ombud, beeld, carteblance, sowetan. i am GATVOL of this medical aid</p>
