Useless medical aid

What is theuseof medical aid? I had a medical aid, was admitted to hospital and diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2017. After getting out of hospital I app**** to my medical aid with letters from my neurologist stating there is already damage done and that I need treatment which they refused because I had to have a second relapse before payment for treatment would be considered. Now 5 years onwards I am struggling to walk, I have problems with my eyes, I have had a minor stroke and numerous other health problems due to my multiple sclerosis which was left untreated.
