Unfair Service - 5 Year Loyal Member
<p>Joined in 2011 myself and my son, a dependant as a single mom. Son is now a student at NWU. Resolution sent request for registration of being a student to incorrect very old email address after me requesting them to change it many times and them actually using the new email address. A year later out of the blue they use the old email address. They did not receive registration proof because of this reason and increased my monthly premium by R1198, from R2500 to R3698. Unfortunately it was the increased amount for a second month so full amount R2396. I requested that they refund me but refuse point blank. Lloyd in Amendments said they would not refund as it was a penalty. After all these years to be treated like this..... :( . Is it not enough we pay a fortune for medical care monthly and very seldom actually land up using it...... :( </p> <p> </p> <p>Wendy </p>
