TIRED OF MEDICAL AID HAVING EXCUSES TO PAY
Good day. My daughter had her Tonsils removed last Year October, since then I have trouble with Resolution Health paying Intercare Hospital. I have send Proof of submission of the bill from Intercare so many times, but every time Resolution Helath returns with an excuse that its a Stale claim and they wont pay. The Hospital, Myself and my Medial broker have tried various times with the proof to ask Resolution to pay up. <br> <br> I am fed up and have decided to go to the Ombudsman if Resolution Health does not pay the Hospital bill. <br> <br> This is BAD BAD SERVICE!!!! Resolution Health, I hope you respond sooner than you do reading your emails which by the way you apparently HAVE NO TIME TO READ OF PROCESS!!!!<br> <br> Regards<br> <br> Mrs. Swanepoel
