Thumbs down in all respects

<p>After being with resolution Health for about 28 years we finally decided to change to a new medical aid. The subscriptions were expensive and value for money was non-existent. When we needed them the most they totally let us down.</p> <p>We wasted many hours on the phone trying to get authorisation for hospital admission. Even under emergency situations they keep us on the phone for hours transferring us from pillar to post wasting our time and our money. Worst of all, after paying so much money for subscription we found we still have to pay part of the medical bills. We were never informed of these extra costs while on the phone and had to fight for every cent. We are now Discovery Health and feel as though we've been set free ! A big thumbs down for Resolution Health.</p>
