*******!! In my opinion or at very least gross negligence.
My mom cancelled her medical aid and has proof there of as well as confirmation by health squared. They deducted the next month off we had to go reverse the debit order. We sent an email with their confirmation letter. This month they deducted more than 2x the amount.

Just cancel the membership of Carol Jacobsen as previous letters in emails have requested. Process the request as health squared have admitted to doing and as has been attached to numerous emails AND
STOP processing debit orders. Without authorization its theft!
All is noted in writing. Kindly read the previous emails along with their attached.
