The worst medical aid ever!!!
<p>I went to the gynaecologist on 20 May 2016 and I had to pay my R600 consultation fee up front to the Doctor. I emailed you on 01 June 2016 with a copy of my receipt to show that I have paid for my consultation fee up front. So i have been battling to get the R600 out of you since 1 June and today is 10 Aug. First you can't find the emails I sent when I phoned to find out what is happening. I phoned last week Thursday to see if you have received my emails and I was told no email was received and then I get told that I need to send a statement from the Doctor because you need some code on the statement. So today I have re-sent an email with my receipt and statement from the Doctor. I want this sorted out today.</p>
