The worst medical aid

On January the insurance when up by 27.42%, Inflation was only 4.78%. So, Resolution Health (Health Squared) went up by 5.73 times inflation.

Sometime during January, I called Resolution Health (Health Squared) to cancel my medical aid, they informed me they needed a signed letter which I provided. On first of February they deducted their last fee and forwarded a statement showing no future payments.

On the first of March they deducted my account again, I then reversed the debit order. They followed up with a letter claiming I owe them money. Even after I got a call from Thabang Molefe that states I am not covered for February even after paying for February.

And today I got a call from Thabang Molefe demanding money after I have stated I had cancelled and paid my 30 day’s notice which I was not covered for.
