System is broken
Dear Healthsquared
Your staff are incredibly friendly and always helpful. Clearly your system is broken and I get the feeling that you are hoping I will simply get fed up and pay the accounts myself and go away. You are mistaken. I have tried repeatedly to get a query solved, several accounts outstanding my Oncologist. Your company has failed me dismally. If this query is not resolved I am forced to go to the Ombud.
