Still waiting for my scheme to pay out my savings
<p>At end of April I received an email saying that because my scheme has changed to one that does not use a savings plan, I would be paid out. Then I received an email again saying that there was a problem and that it will take longer to pay out now... I have been following up with the call center and they just keep saying they can see I need to be paid out but they will escalate the query... Really, still no answers and here I am in August and still waiting for my pay out. They still take my money every month and still have not gotten back to me on what is going on with this... I have been so patient, but this is ridiculous that you have to wait so long... Just pay me my savings plan!</p>
