STILL NO RESPONSE!!!
I have tried all day to get a response from RESOLUTION'S PREAUTHORISATION DEPARTMENT. All the documentation they required was sent to them at 9.05 this morning by the doctor. Every time I called in, they asked me the same question ... \have you sent the Letter of Motivation and the Radiology Report"\""Yes"
