SHOCKING SERVICE

<p>I was a member on REsolution Medical aid in 2015, i had a nasty accident at home and broke my leg. went to Roodepoort medicross to sort out my injuries as this was the closest medical institution. my claim was submitted to resolution health for payment by the practice on the same day . Which they made a total botch up of this as well and paid the practice way too much. the practice then requested they correct there payment to them, which to date is still not 100% sorted out. and now my original claim is still unpaid. myself and the practice have followed up numerous times without any sucess or resolutiion to the problem at hand. there is always an excuse as to why this account has not yet been settled, example the account was not followed up in the time frame allowed. which the prcatice did as e-mails were sent up and down one specific one was sent on the 29th of Octber 2015 , a detailed mail listing each claim code as requested by resolution health. i am really not happy with the way that this has been handeled as they are really quick to take money monthly and increase their premiums but when you do use the medical aid they refuse to pay with no valid reasons, this is unacceptable. this should have been sorted out a long time ago. </p>
