Service delivery No staff to handle queries.
If you are thinking of joining this pathetic scheme DO NOT waste your money. I had Cataract surgery last year and the scheme paid the hospital in full. I go back in Jan to have the other eye done and they didn't pay the hospital in full. I have sent at least 10 emails showing the acc from last year and this year and they have not bothered to respond. They do not have staff to sort out queries, only staff to take on new members.
