Save yourself the hassle, time and frustration and DONT join this medical aid

if you are looking for a medical aid, please do not go the Health Squared route. I have been part of Spectramed for since 2006 and never had 1 day issue, since Health Squared has taken over i have not had 1 day where they have been useful. Their customer service is non existent, their approvals are non exisit, their feedback is non existent. The entire process from start to finish has been such a nightmare. I have cancelled with them as the experience has been so bad that the thought of moving to a new medical aid seemed like the better choice rather then actually trying to get anything from them. We all know that changing medical aids is a not a easy process, but I can assure you it was 100% easier then dealing with this company. I am advising you that do your rsearch, check on the complaints and dont use this company even if they seem at the stage to be cheaper, I managed to find something cheaper with double savings (this is no lie or joke). Safe yourself the hassle and do not even join Health Squared
