RESOMED SUCKS!
Resolution Health deducted an additional R4000,00 from my banking account without as much as a phone call or an email to advise of their intention to do so. They could have contacted me a month prior to my daughter turning 21 to as whether she is still a student or whether we would be continuing her on the same policy. There was NO communication whatsoever!! Very disappointed!!! Lets see how quickly they are able to effect a refund???
