Resomed drags their heels -possible *****?
Since taking over NIMAS years ago-We have been with Nimas since 1987- Resolution heath has *****ed up.They ignored complaints about getting blank statements for over a year.<br> All our claims had been paid to an account that we had closed in 2003! No-one informed us, and nothing at all was done until I made enquires in October this year.<br> We were refunded the money owed in claims since 2014 without explained but have not been refunded for claims before that.<br> We discovered that most of my chronic meds were being taken out of our savings and were not authorised despite having been authorised for years before.<br> Dragging they heels, they kept asking us to go to the bank and to the doctor to provide document after document we had submitted before. Here is an example of an email received 26th Nov 2015.<br> \Kindly be advised that I haven't received any feedback from FNB as yet. Please request the member to provide a letter from FNB as per the previous membership we dealt with
