I want to thank the Health Squared team, with special thanks to Ashaylita, who assisted us in resolving our complaint. After I logged my complaint on Hellopeter, I was contacted almost immediately and assured that the matter would receive immediate attention. We do appreciate the fact that our queried accounts were settled. We still feel that all the emotional trauma and extra stress could have been avoided if all parties involved acted so promptly and efficiently the first time around. We trust that our future experiences will prove to be better.
