Resolution will not cover you 100% in their preferred hospital
Highly disappointed. How do you force people to your preferred hospital but you don't cover them in full. I was admitted through the emergency unit (which by the way you need to wait up to 3 hours to see a doctor)at Pretoria east hospital (horrid place that's dirty and the staff is incredibly rude ) 3 months down the line I receive a bill that resolution health sort paid R4300 to their preferred hospital! Thanks for that! And another thing you seriously need to reassess your PMB on anaesthetists the fact that I have always had to pay above R1000 due to short payment is a problem that you need to address
