Resolution Health hides 4th child penilization

Resolution health's rules state that a member with 4children need only pay for 3 children. They also make provision that if a child is between 21 and 25 and still studying full time, then that child is still rated as a CHILD dependent, not an adult dependent - i.e. your monthly payment will not increase if the child turns 21.<br> <br> My eldest child (out of four) recently turned 21 and is studying full time. I even received a letter from Resolution stating the rules as explained above. HOWEVER: my medical deduction increased suddenly and after several queries I finally was told that the above rules do NOT apply to the 4th child: If he/she turns 21, then adult dependent rates apply regardless of full time study.<br> <br> Note that NOWHERE is this stated in the rules and guidelines available, and after several email and phone requests, Resolution Health STILL cannot provide me with the written version of this rule. <br> <br> Is it fair to a) penalize against a 4th child like this, and b) do this WITHOUT any warning in any documentation that is available?<br> <br> To make matters worse - 3 different amounts were app**** over 3 months and NOTHING was rectified despite promises to that regard (4 weeks later!)
