Resolution Health and their pharmacy lets us down.

<p>Every year I have to struggle with Resoltion Health and their Pharmacy to get my tablets Pantor authorised to be paid for on the Acute benefit Monthly, as Resolution Health agreed to do. But year after year when I have been to the pharmacy it does not get authorised at the Pharmacy, and it gets declined and then Resolution blames the pharmacy for not putting it thru properly, but with lots of fighting and kicking and screaming, Resoltion Health admits that it was them actually not loading it properly and then eventually Resoltuion Health eventaully fixes it. Once again this year I contacted Resolution health an with much struggling , the lady in Pharmacy sent me a piece a paper via email, with numbers and words on it . when i emailed her back asking her these questions: "has this thing been PROPERLY authorsed for payment at the Pharmacy, because i dont want to struggle like i have been struggling for years prior to this, and also do I need a new script for the next part of this year? so that when I go to the Pharmacy they dont decline my medicine. She emailed back saying she has answered all of my questions. When I rep**** on friday asking her and Client services to please answer these questions or show me where on her email has she answered my questions , I have had no reply since then. I have been struggling since the 30 Dec 2016, and its the 9 Jan 2017 now, and just like year after year this problem is not getting resolved. Being a customer for approx 15 years, it is really sad to see how disgusting your Pharamcy and Clients Service service is! all im asking is to be reassured that when I go to the Pharmacy, that my tablets will be paid for and I wont have to struggle with Resoltuion Health, and secondly if I do need a new script?. obviously your client servies and the people in the pharmacy dont care about your customers, so can somebody have the decency to contact me and answer my questions so we can settle this amicably. secondly I demand an apology from the lady in Pharmacy section who did not respond properly to my email. </p>
