Resolution health and its staff is ***
I have never been so irritated by the experience I got from resolution health and it’s staff. In the early 2000 I had a medical aid with this company,I’ve just called them as I’m in need of my tax certificates as sars is in need of them.i provided them with my identity document number and the answer I got is they can’t pick up my name on the system as they don’t keep records for more than 5years. The agent that said this was Thabiso I think. I need my tax certificates as in yesterday as I was your client for many years.
