RESOLUTION HEALTH
<p>I HAD AN EMERGENCY IN DECEMBER 2016 WHICH TO DATE HAS STILL NOT BEEN SETTLED IN FUL BY RESOLUTION HEALTH. AS FAR AS I AM AWARE, ALL PMB's ARE PAID IN FULL BY YOUR MEDICAL SCHEME, BUT ACCORDING TO RESOLUTION THIS IS NOT THE CASE AND NO-ONE CAN TELL ME WHY NOT, NOT STATE WHERE IN THE WORDING THIS IS STIPULATED, NOR CAN ANYONE AT THEIR OFFCE AT LEAST CALL ME BACK TO TRY AND RESOLVE. WE ARE NOW IN APRIL SINCE MY ACCIDENT AND GUESS WHAT? STILL NO REPLY FROM THEM AND EVERY TIME I CALL, THEY ARE "BUSY" AND MUST PHONE ME BACK..... WONDERFUL!</p> <p>THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE RECEIED IN MY LIFE! RESO - CATCH A WAKE UP PLEASE AND START SERVICING YOU CLIENTS, OR CONT YOU CARE ABOUT THEM??</p>
