Resolution either *********** or dishonest, I'm not sure which

I emailed Resolution on the 12th of December because I tried to use my schedule 0-2 benefit which had R680 available and it was rejected as benefit exceeded. I got an acknowledgement email and nothing else. I have now emailed several times without any response as to the issue. I definitely have the benefit and they are definitely not honouring it. I suspect the plan is to keep ignoring me until the new year so that they don't have to pay for anything which is blatant dishonesty. If you are considering Resolution, run, run while you can.
