Refund of saving account
<p>I was promised to receive my refund middle September 2016. The medical aid is now reqesting that I must confirm my banking details on a "change of bank detail form", a certified copy of member’s ID and a copy of a stamped bank statement not older than 3 months </p> <p>My bank details are still the same as they have on the system. I can’t see the necessity in supplying all these details, because they have them all on the system. The refund is from the same bank recoveries were made. I also don’t feel comfortable giving all my personal information via email, unless this site is encrypted. </p> <p>Kindly advise if resolution will take responsibility if my info gets hacked</p> <p>This refund query has been going on since May 2016.</p> <p>I get the feeling that this is the medical aid's delaying tactic.</p>
