Really poor service and promises that management will call u but never do
Really poor service and promises that management will call u but never do. Premiums are paid timeously but service is pathetic. I was guaranteed by the pharmacy manager that I won't have a recurrence of the same problem and guess what... Yes.. And the pharmacy manager is too busy to give me answers. Really appalling hey especially when it comes to the elderly and the people whom we love and care about that get ignored when help is needed. Really pathetic and sad. Promises get made and they can't deliver. Gloria, Esther and Mpho well done guys.... I shall spread the news and name and shame all over socal media....
