Read before you act
I requested a refund from resolution as I had to pay cash to the doctor. The next day I emailed my new banking detail and the invoice to resolution. The day after I call to find out what is happening, they said that the money will be deposited into my old account which as not been in use for 2 years and has gained bank charges.my point is people cant read their emails now my money is gone and the resolution call center cant help as their pay roll is running the next day .
