Poor service - Resolution is just money hungry

I joined resolution health in the beginning because they were affordable (given the salary I earn and trying to survive on it).

Resolution was great in the beginning with very little to no issues.

My first issue was when I tried to cancel my Zurreal membership. I had left probably around 5 mails a month for 4 months consecutively, and still received no assistance. I was paying for a service I was not utilising. I eventually just put a stop to the debit order so that they'd stop taking my money.

Fast forward a year or so.

I've been trying to cancel my membership for the past 2 months but never seem to get through to anyone who can actually assist me.

I've left multiple emails to various email addresses. I've called numerous times and yet no one has been able to cancel my membership.

Given the new merge and the medical rates increases, I simply cannot afford the new 2019 rates and therefore need to cancel this membership ASAP.

Resolution has been very quick to take my money every month and on time, but not at all helpful when it comes to assisting their members.
