Poor medical aid service provider

We diligently pay our monthly installment to Health Squared, as our health is priority. Unfortunately they don't aspire to uphold high standards in providing promised services. We have had several situations over the last 10months with nothing but unprofessional and substandard compliance on their side. In each instance, the necessary pre-autherization was obtained and confirmation emails send by us and the hospitals. Despite our efforts, we still ended up with unpaid bills amounting to thousands, which we had to sort out with alot of effort and frustration. We sadly lost our 7year old daughter on December 2021 after a teinal brain tumor. Now, 7months later, we are receiving calls from the hospital, informing us of unsettled accounts, dating back to September 2021. This is very unnerving and traumatic and definitely UNACCEPTABLE!! Phoning queries department is just a waist of precious money and time. Logging a complaint or inquiry via email, just as bad.
