Paying upfront for chronic medication is sin.

Since health Squared decided to force me to pay for chronic medication up front and force us to do endless administration, I have decided to investigate to move my Health plan to another service provider. This is a costly exercise for a middle-class person and Health Squared knows this. My first statement I received after I paid for my medication for in cash, reflects an invoice for the medication that I already paid for. (I Wonder where they got this bogus invoice from) I send in my claim and requested a credit for the bogus invoice on the 23rd of April. I received an email today the 10th of May stating that the documents will now be send for capturing. My new statement that I received today still reflect the bogus amount I was charged for. I send in my second claim today. Let me not hold my breath as to when I will be reimbursed for my claims. If every client gets reimbursed every 60 to 90 days, what a way to go Health Squared to improve your cash flow at the expense of your clients. I feel sorry for pensioners that do not have access to the internet or not o fey with it and be out of pocket for weeks on a minimal pension waiting for the claims to be processed.
