Paying for WHAT?????

BAD service, do not join them or if you have, get out as soon as possible!!!! Paying for a hospital plan but procedures are not covered in hospital, even with a motivational letter from the specialist. They will only cover the procedure in the rooms, and then the payment will come from your savings....which savings as I am on a HOSPITAL PLAN.....on the brochure it states that there will be a co payment that will basically pay for the whole procedure but this benefit is not included in My Plan ??? So why pay for a hospital plan when procedures are not covered in hospitals???? Paying the premiums and management is not even man enough to speak to a unhappy member. Well good luck....you have just lost a member and I believe a lot will follow when the find out that they are paying for nothing.....
