Pathetic service!!!!!!

Pathetic service!!!!! Has been with them for 17years! No replies on email, whatsapp and never answer their phones. We must terminate the membership, but after 2 weeks still nothing!!!! How must we go about as we need the membership certificate for new medical aid!!!!! Pathetic pathetic!!!!!
