PATHETIC
I HAVE TRIED NUMEROUS TIMES TO GET THROUGH TO AUTHORIZATION!!!<br> <br> PATHETIC!!!<br> <br> NO ONE ANSWERS! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! CANNOT BELIEVE THIS MEDICAL AID STILL EXISTS.
