Other Staff can learn from her!!!
This is my SECOND review on NOMTHANDAZO LANGA. The reason for my positive review is because I called into the claims call centre on 17 July 2019 at 12:43pm to follow up on a query she helped me with a few days earlier.
When she took my call and I said that I am Mr Louw she immediately knew who I was and she asked me all the necessary information so that she could be able to help me. She did not even take long to give me feedback on the claim query.
I ONCE AGAIN was so satisfied with the manner in which she handled my query that I just needed to share this consultants professional and calm way in which she helped me with the rest of South Africa!!!
