Not treating customers fairly
<p>I urgently need back surgery to avoid being confined to a wheelchair for the rest of my life. I have app**** for authorisation to Resolution Health 3 times over the past 2 years and have been declined every time with no reason for their decision. I have sourced a non profit hospital and negotiated a diso****ed fee with my specilaist in order to save on costs, which I would assume is in the best interest of the Medical Scheme. I have been a memebr of Re****ion Health for the past 37 years and I find it absolutely disgusting that I am not able to receive the treatment necessary to provide me with some quality of life.</p>
