Not sticking to their Authorisations
It is really sad to see Resolution Health getting worse every year.This year, once again Resolution authorised chronic medication to be paid thru the Acute, and sent me confirmation of this. So when i went to the Pharmacy to get the tablets, it came back as rejected from Resolution.<br> So my wife and i personally went to Resolution offices in Bromhof. and when we spoke to a consultant there from \Pharmacy"we were told that either we are not telling the truth"
