Not paying claims no feedback for a year
I have been going to the Doctor and all of a sudden they tell me my account has NEVER been paid - so i follow up with resolution and they say it should be paid as i am on the highest scheme. ( i have unlimited visit to a GP) I have even send them everything they need. and they told me that They will get back to me,,<br> from the first time that i have phoned its almost been a year already :( - Still no feedback Ref *** and still not sorted out. I have phoned today at 12:49 and ask to speak to the manager that is handling my claims and she was on lunch, left my number so that she can phone me back - i thought to give them the benefit of the doubt and waited until 14:00. Its know 14:20 no response
