Non payments after accident
My husband was involved in a motorbike accident on the 23rd of January he was admitted to Arwyp Hospital. He nearly didn't survive and we have received a number of accounts. What concerns me is that we are on the Supreme plan and that every account is severely short paid. Can a case manager please contact me so we can discuss this. The call centre takes forever to answer and they can't help me. What is the reason for paying a medical aid when this happens?
