Non payment of claims
Approximately 4 months ago I submitted various claims to Resolution for payment. These were claims where I had paid the doctor first and then needed to claim from Resolution. I duly submitted all documentation to Constance Mogale who acknowledged receipt. And then I never heard anything more again in spite of a stream of emails to Constance and various other departments. What now???
