No tax certificates available

It is tax season and Resolution Health have not provided tax certificates? We phoned the call centre and they say the certificates will only be available on Monday as they are running late. I think it is absolutely unacceptable and poor planning as tax season opens on the same date every year! <br> <br> I understand that it may not be a problem for everybody, but we plan accordingly and put in a lot of effort to submit our returns on the 1st of July every year, I don't think it's fair that you get to dictate and inconvenience clients.
