No Service, No Feedback for customer
Good day Hello Peter,<br> <br> On the 5 November 2014 my wife was booked into hospital by the Dr. She was very disorientated and the Dr measured her pulse at 120 and said she had to be booked into hospital right away as you do not play with fast heart rates like that. We did not know what was wrong or to be expected and after a number of tests for and scans the Dr came to the conclusion of a Hershel hernia. We had to pay in a number of things that the medical aid did not cover like blood tests and xrays which we do understand as not everything is covered.<br> <br> The big concern is Resolution health is not paying for the 2 days-stay at hospital which amounts to R3696. The medical aid does cover unlimited hospital cover on my plan but it seems they feel not motivated enough that she had to be booked into hospital. I phoned them to query this around monday 12 Jan and the lady \Keisha"could not tell me much and the expert in that area is not available. I gave her my email address to come back to me"
