NO RESPONSE FROM RESOLUTION HEALTH ON CHRONIC MEDICATION
<p>MEDICAL AID NO ********** 7 INO JUANITA VAN DER LINDE. I AM ON ESTROFEM AS I WAS DIAGNOSED AS BEING PREMENOPOUSAL. I AM NOT DOING WELL ON ESTROFEM AND MY DOCTOR CHANGED MY SCRIPT TO FEMOGEL TO SEE IF I WILL DO BETTER ON IT. ON THE 27TH OF JANUARY I SEND AN EMAIL TO YOUR CHRONIC DEPARTMENT WITH REGARDS TO THIS AS WELL AS A COPY OF THE NEW SCRIPT. I HAVE SEND THE SAME DETAILS TWICE AGAIN ALREADY. TODAY IS THE 3RD OF FEBRUARY AND I HAVE RECEIVED NO FEEDBACK OR PHONE CALL OR ANY RESPONSE FROM RESOLUTION HEALT WITH REGARDS TO THIS. IF YOU TRY PHONING YOU HANG ON FOR HOURS. I AM WORKING ON A SWITCHBOARD SO I AM NOT ABLE TO HANG ON ALL DAY TO SPEAK TO SOMEBODY. I AM VERY DISGUSTED WITH THE SERVICE I AM GETTING FROM RESOLUTION HEALTH</p>
