no response from Pre-auth
Medical aid number 217689 I have sent repeated emails to the pre-auth address as well as to client services, requesting pre-auth for a surgical procedure done in the doct's rooms. All I have had are automated replies. I have now had the procedure without pre-auth and paid the supplier in full. Will I be reimbursed I wonder?? This is shocking service N C von der Heyde
