No Resolution

I had a stroke. my specialist physician ordered a CT scan on the same day and a MRI scan to be done 2 days later as it's the only way to see the brain. fortunately there was no signs of damage on the scans. Though I do have some memory loss and my sight was affected. a letter from the physician was sent to the claims dept stating what happened, but because the scans are clear they say it is not a PMB. I had a stroke the scans were part of the process to determine what damage was caused. This is all part of a process. But it's all due to a stroke, in my case which was caused by a blood clot that stopped the blood flow to my brain but it is still a PMB. A portion of the CT scan was paid as we get 1 of each per annum. But a PMB is paid in full. I am paying the R13000.00 now to prevent blacklisting. But I want Resolution to pay for the scans now. I spoke to many people I the call centre with no results. I spoke to Michael Voight who asked that I send him all the documents which I did but no response. I'm still a client of theirs.<br>
